Whistleblowing
The whistleblower system serves to record and investigate specific reports of actual or potential misconduct by LAMIE direkt employees and then take appropriate action. With your reports, violations and grievances can be identified at an early stage and damage to customers, employees, business partners and LAMIE direkt itself and its affiliated companies can be averted.
Integrity is a top priority at LAMIE direkt – compliance with statutory provisions and internal regulations therefore has the highest priority.
The system is designed to provide the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and employees involved in the investigation. Disadvantages, harassment and discrimination of any kind, be it for whistleblowers or for persons who promote compliant behaviour at LAMIE, will not be tolerated. All whistleblowing and related investigations will be treated confidentially.
Please note that the whistleblowing system for LAMIE directly is currently only optional and not required by law and is under construction. The whistleblowing channels will be gradually expanded.
